The Arnold Preservation Council
Welcomes You to Arnold, Maryland
Arnold Trail Park
The Arnold Preservation Council has signed an option to purchase almost 6
acres of land in Arnold! The Jordans' property is bordered by the B&A Trail and Southbound Rt. 2, just north of the Arnold Station shopping center. APC’s goal is to assist Anne Arundel County in acquiring the
property for an accessible trail park and open space. Here is a one-page flyer with information and a plan of the park layered over an area map.
The option expires in just a few short months. The more money we can raise, the more likely it will be that our dreams for a park on this site will be realized. Ideas for fundraising or want to help, let us know!!
Here's a short presentation on a little history of Arnold, and a lot of planning and thought behind plans for Jordan Park. Also available as Powerpoint download.
